"Chape d’intérieure" est un souvenir des passages de corps. La surface fine comme une feuille, placée au sol, est éprouvée par des allées venues.

Ciment gris et blanc, sable, fil de lin. Maille, enduction.

The space is delimited by contours. He creaks, sometimes whispers. He shows and hides, offers and maske. Very solid, it has an element of vulnerability that escapes it. "Autonomous divers" connects the works that inhabit the room. In the space of the Moonens Foundation, the artists offer radical interventions in the form of installations and performances. The result blurs the border between 2D and 3D, transforms architecture, plays on the ambiguity of materials. The works meet and enter circulation with the place of exhibition.

« Elfie Poiré s’empare d’une matière destinée d’ordinaire à la construction pour faire résonner ses jeux de rythmes avec temps et usure. Une toile de fond d’environ 5m2, composée de rectangles de lin tricoté, a été enduite de ciment et manipulée. Après ces gestes successifs apparaît la rencontre de tous ces réseaux de lignes. Celles fines et hasardeuses du béton qui se craquelle ou le quadrillage de celles qui, si usées, laissent passer la lumière. À l’observation rapprochée de ces réseaux et de leurs croisements, s’ajoute une appréhension à distance plus physique de la matière : on la sent lourde, fragile, chargée, poussiéreuse. Une expérience sensible, poétique de ce que le temps peut produire sur la matière, entre abimé et ennobli, de ce qui est d’ordinaire dénigré. »
