The folds are mysteries. The folds are everywhere. They induce a form of obsession. Folding is the gesture that gives volume to the dish. It’s a game between light and shadow, the visible and the hidden. It’s movement under the effect of gravity. Shape, bend, pleat, flatten, coat ... fold, fix the folds, open them. Unveil, conceal. Imagination flourishes. By these gestures, I seek to open to form an unlimited field of solutions. I explore the infinite variety of folds. The patterns are blurred, the lines are transformed. The surface vibrates as it folds. Forms are created.

Materials: Cotton, plastic, synthetic fur, cotton fabrics, viscose and wool. Techniques: Folding, coating, discoloration, incision, Shibori, dyeing.
