Bastard.e.s Van Les Immenses
Zinneke parade : 1 juin 2024
En mai et juin 2024, nous avons animé des ateliers artistiques avec les membres du Syndicat des Immenses, afin de réfléchir ensemble à ce qui les unit, les anime, et de transformer le mât à leur image. Nous avons créé des costumes/accessoires, inspirés par leurs mots et revendications, pour la parade du 1er juin.
Ce fut une très belle expérience, riche en rencontres humaines, pleine de surprises, de bienveillance et de sensibilité. Un grand merci aux membres du Syndicat pour leur folle énergie et leur désir de partage, ainsi qu'aux facilitateurs pour leur précieuse aide.
« Les Bastard.e.s Van Bruxelles et la Zinneke célèbrent le mélange entre les humains et revendiquent la bastardise comme un élément central de l’identité bruxelloise et – pourquoi pas – une éventuelle solution à certains problèmes societaux.
Les Bastard.e.s Van Bruxelles sont des groupes de personnes qui “adoptent” un mât pour représenter leur quartier au centre ville lors de la Zinneke Parade du 1er
juin 2024. Ce sont des mats de 9 mètres inspirés de traditions que l’on retrouve dans différentes cultures à travers le monde, comme la tradition de “l’arbre de mai / Meyboom”, une danse qui crée un tissage autour du mât."
Coordination et direction artistique : Elfie Poiré et Manon Gondek, avec l’aide de Tifenn Maudire pour l’animation des ateliers.
Un grand merci à Bruno, Marilou, Léo et Catherine pour leur précieuse aide lors de la parade.
Matériaux issus de la Souplothèque : tapis événementiel, rubalise de chantier, bâche publicitaire, scotch, bâche détissée, voile BC, perles, fils.

The space is delimited by contours. He creaks, sometimes whispers. He shows and hides, offers and maske. Very solid, it has an element of vulnerability that escapes it. "Autonomous divers" connects the works that inhabit the room. In the space of the Moonens Foundation, the artists offer radical interventions in the form of installations and performances. The result blurs the border between 2D and 3D, transforms architecture, plays on the ambiguity of materials. The works meet and enter circulation with the place of exhibition.
